Workforce Planning

Workforce Planning is about making sure we have enough staff in Surrey to support people with learning disabilities. It is also about making sure that staff have the right training, the right support and the right attitudes.

We now have a project group. We will be working with ‘Skills For Care’. They are a national organisation whose job is to look at the skills within care services.
