Surrey County Council and the NHS clinical commissioning groups would appreciate if you could complete the Carers Strategy survey.

 

The survey is for anyone who identifies (or has been identified) as a carer, including former carers.

 

It is also for those who work with carers, whether in health and social care, carers' support services, and/or the voluntary, community and faith sector.

 

They survey takes around 10 minutes and is open until 3 January 2021.
